I do not earn any commission based on a recommendation I may provide.
Integrated Wealth Management: Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management
I provide ongoing portfolio management and tailored, legally-informed financial planning services with tiered pricing based on assets under management (AUM). My asset-based fee structure aligns my interests with yours, ensuring a motivated partnership. Your fee grants you access not just to disciplined investing, but to the strategic depth, foresight, and due diligence gained from a decade in the law. This comprehensive approach ensures that the management of your assets is seamlessly integrated with your complex tax, estate, and life goals.
The initial consultation is always free, and you will never pay anything without expressly agreeing to the services in advance. I believe in clear communication so that you feel confident in the process every step of the way.
My Fee Model:
Assets Under Management (AUM):
1.00% on the first $1 million
0.8% on the next $2 million ($1 million to $3 Million)
0.65% on assets above $3 million
Project Based/Flat Fee:
Some clients may elect a fixed annual advisory fee based on a service tier. Flat-fee engagements may be billed quarterly and cover financial planning, investment evaluation and/or portfolio review, and other related advisory services. A typical flat fee arrangement will range between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on complexity, scope of services, and other circumstances. All fees are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any services.
